Dell/EMC AX100 Storage Array:
The AX100 RAID array is ideal for organizations implementing their first storage network including those moving from Direct Attach Storage solutions or for customers wanting a SAN-capable DAS system to be able to easily expand storage capability in the future. It delivers high availability storage and is easy to install, even for people with little IT knowledge. This customer installable array featuring integrated management software is easy to manage from virtually anywhere. This is the first SAN specially designed to be easy to use and easy on the budget for small organizations and workgroups without compromising performance and availability, making it an exceptionally cost-effective solution for your first SAN.
Dell/EMC CX300 Storage Array:
For customers who require higher level performance, scalability and mirroring capabilities than the AX100 storage system offers, the Dell/EMC CX300 array is similarly small in size and price, but offers large capacity. The CX300 boasts cached performance of up to 680MB/s and 50,000 I/Os per second. Available in a rack-mount chasis, the Dell/EMS CX300 provides an attractive storage entry point of just five disk drives that scale dynamically to 60. It offers the ease of management and performance required by organizations running file/print, e-mail, light database and Web services applications.
Dell/EMC CX500 Storage Array:
Extends the CX family into the heart of mid-tier storage market. The CX500 delivers exceptional performance with cached throughput rates of up to 760MB/s and 120,000 I/Os per second along with providing up to 2TB of raw storage. It delivers this tremendous amount of power in an amazingly small form factor. The entry CX500 configuration is only 4U high and fits in an industry-standard rack. The CX500 can be configured with as few as five and up to 120 disk drives in a maximum of 26U of rack space.
Dell/EMC CX700 Storage Array:
For customers who demand enterprise-class storage functionality, the CX700 array expands storage infrastructure easily beyond the CX500. It provides one of the industry’s most powerful mid-tier storage platforms. It delivers over 1,520 MB/s of cached throughput and more than 200,000 cached I/Os per second. Additionally, the CX700 can be configured with five to 240 disk drives, and it fits easily in an industry-standard rack.
